| "A shoulder injury led me to the doctor who suggested a cortisone injection and two months of physical therapy twice weekly. The condition improved slightly. I then approached a chiropractor, went through some adjustments and took vitamins to mend the ligaments in my shoulder. The range of motion for my arm was extremely limited; I could not reach to lock the passenger door in my small truck without incredible pain.
